The App works through the use of a virtual reality viewer that supports the insertion of a compatible smartphone.The objective of the app is to simplify the process with which the patient and the doctor interact with each other, building a visual field test always at hand, available worldwide, and compliant with international standards of traditional tests .With My Visual Field Test you will be able to:complete your visits by detecting the peripheral vision of your normal patients, recording the date and then comparing it in subsequent visits;carry out static and kinetic perimetry tests for screening tests in patients in whom glaucoma or a degenerative ocular disease is suspected;carry out an examination in vasculopathic patients in whom you suspect a hemianopsic defect;evaluate the residual visual field of diabetic patients who have undergone laser treatments;first examine the visual field of children and young people who have suffered sports injuries with contusions of the eyeball;evaluate whether a pituitary macro-adenoma has created compression on the optic pathways;Please note:MyVisualField Test cannot make a diagnosis but will give general indications which must be consolidated by standardized and certified tests and always interpreted by the competent doctor, both in terms of the reliability of the execution and the repeatability of the result.
